Paul W. Deck is the founding member of Deck & Deck, L.L.P. with over fifty years of experience. He presently limits his practice to workers’ compensation and family law cases.  

Paul Deck, Jr. is a member of the firm concentrating on business law and litigation. Having been trained by the U.S. Courts as a mediation judge for the Northern District of Iowa, he has continued to serve actively as a mediator since leaving the bench in 1996. He also has extensive experience serving as outside general counsel a major national 

corporation with international markets and other local businesses and companies for with their principal place of business in Sioux City. 

Benjamin J. Deck is a third-generation lawyer in the firm and a native of Sioux City. He works in the general practice of law, and has worked on matters involving family law, employment law, contracts, landlord tenant law, insurance defense, among others. Benjamin is currently licensed to practice law in the states of Iowa and South Dakota.
